weeks and I'm looking for for supper recipes easy,cheap and chilld friendly.

Pasta and meat sauce
Shnitzel and farfel
Soups(all kind)
Ready made freezer stuff: fish sticks, French fries, pizza snaps, pizza bagels...
Falafel and pita served with fresh lettuce and Israeli salad
Prepare and spice fresh chicken. Put in freezer in pans. Put in the oven a few hours in advance (if nobody will be home bake on low heat ) you can add greenbeans and rice on bottom. Add water before putting in the oven.
