packaging. It happened so many times that I stopped buying liquids like toiletries or even food products like mayonnaise. Do you find this happens also?

They’re good about replacing things. Do you let them know when it happens?

I stopped ordering detergent from them after it leaked twice. I don’t care if they replace it if I’m left with a mess of detergent all over the place.

I am surprised because I always receive the liquids with tape on the lids and in a big ziploc bag. It might depend on the specific store you receive your shipment from.

I let them know but it's always a hassle and it spills on the dry items. and at one point they asked me to ship back the liquids which was too annoying. Is there a way to leave the specific packer a message? When I chatted with the rep I always told them that target and amazon pack their liquids well and they don't leak only walmart does. But I don't know if they actually gave this feedback to their company.
