If it's not their first, something for the mom!

For one of my younger babies my sisters got me a bunch of books - something for me, something for the big kids, something for the little kids. I loved that!

A full shabbos made the first week I went back to work- she told me she was going to do this and showed up at my house Friday afternoon with literally everything- one less pressure that stressful week.

Came over once a week while I was on maternity leave (she happened to not work Wednesday) so I could do stuff/ sleep without baby.

If you want to get something for the mom my sister in law once got me a pair of ugg shoes/slippers though I think it may cost more than $50
Another idea a friend gave me was a personalized cute hooded baby towel, turned out to be a lot more useful than I anticipated. (She has a cricut and personalized it herself to save $, just paid for the baby towel)

I'm glad noone ever pierced my ears, I still don't have pierced ears. My daughters all chose to have their ears pierced at an age when they were old enough to be responsible for looking after their ears and earings.
