I discovered one longish piece of hair growing out of my cheek/chin area ! It’s so random, how does this happen? It may not be a big deal but it actually really shook me up , like where can this come from! I am not a hairy person, never get eyebrow waxings even!! How do I get rid of this so it doesn’t grow back? Could it be from my bc pill? I recently switched to estrogen instead of progesterone only.

If you're in your 30s... things change. I don't know why but it just happens.
Don't pull it. Go get electrolysis just on that hair for a number of times until it's fully gone.

Yeah I've had that for a nice number of years already (in my 30's). I always keep a tweezer handy and keep feeling my chin. As soon as I feel it growing I pull it out

Stand in front of a mirror with a tweezer, it should come out easily

I have a random long hair in my inner arm and had it electrolysized over 20x ( when I was treating other stuff). Never helped. Still growing strong!

I think I've seen a meme that says,, welcome to your thirties, you spend time looking for that random hair to tweeze. Just keep tweezers in the bathroom and tweeze after a shower. For one hair, treatment doesn't pay,
