It says edit on the top right corner. Click on it. Move the arrows and click done.

Yeah, the edit function from the gallery is enough for a cut. I've been struggling with the iPhone editing features for combining more videos in one and adding some effects, and that's when I understood that iPhone's edit options are a little hard to use for a newbie.
