I'm a big fan of a strict 2 Meals A Day (no snacking). This is a form of intermittent fasting.

No breakfast (coffee is okay)

Lunch, whatever you want but you only eat for 1 hour, for example, from 11:30 - 12:30, then at 1:00 you won't eat even an apple.

Dinner, whatever you want but only for 1 hour.

It's very simple, but it works for me.
