I have a furniture item for sale. I have gotten several inquiries, but most people aren't serious. Two people have been emailing me about it and they both seem like they are going to want to come see it. Any suggestions how to juggle this? One already asked me if she can come tomorrow (call her A); the other (who emailed me first) will get back to me tonight (call her B). If A already has a confirmed appt, should I tell B that she has to wait until after B comes?

IMO, first come, first served. Whoever gets it, gets it.
