I generally don't like to buy off brand on certain items.
My kids just got really into perler beads and I want to buy a huge amount of them. anyone have a good deal for me? or is there a tried and true off brand that is really good?
(also-is it better to spend a little more and purchase an actual bead tray with the colors separated? or is it better that the kids spent time picking thru all the colors to make the activity take longer lol?

I buy Perler brand, biggest size from Amazon. And I don’t buy pre-sorted. Picking through is half the fun.

Thanks! so $30 for a huge bucket of 22k beads is normal to pay?

I usually buy the biggest bag I can find at walmart. My husband will sometimes splurge and get specialty beads for my kids on amazon (glow in the dark, glitter, metallic, etc). We do not presort--searching is part of the fun.
