Looking for recipes for pepper steak other than, well, pepper steak. Foolproof recipes please for a dummy in the kitchen!

For you, anything Very Happy

2 lbs pepper steak, cut into strips
1 large onion
1/4 cup oil for sautéing
1 red pepper cut into strips
1 yellow pepper cut into strips
1 orange pepper cut into strips
5 cloves garlic crushed
1/4 Tsp black pepper
1?4 Tsp salt
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp onion soup mix
1/2 Tsp red pepper
2 Tbsp corn starch (dissolved in 1/4 cup water.

Sauté onion in oil until transcalent. Add steak, peppers, garlic black pepper and salt. Sauté for 30 minutes. add soy sauce, soup mix and paprika and sauté for additional 30 minutes.

Add dissolved corn starch and cook until ligquid thickens. Mix well and close flame.

This is according to the cookbook.

I A)skip the soy sauce B) sauté for a little longer, total of 2/3 hours. Until tender. Guess you'll see,
