What's the distinction between: Yeshivish, Litvish, BY, RWMO/Centrist, Heimish?
I see some people refer to each as an exclusive entity but if I understand correctly, many are on a spectrum between two groups or even more! What defines each group?

I would say litvish is yeshivish but not as intense. BY is both of them.
And Heimish is lite Chassidish.
Correct me if I’m wrong:)

Take a look at the threads in the forum, Respectfully Learning About Our Differences, A Safe Haven. There are definitions and discussions of many different groups.
