I googled fax to email, I found a bunch of services. (Couldn't do that at home- my filter, waited till I got to work)
One thing I'm having trouble finding if any of them can work internationally.

Why don't you email a pdf file - it's much simpler. Fax is really an out dated technology. Many people don't have fax machines to receive and almost everyone has the ability to receive a fax - and print out the pdf attachment if necessary.

I don't even print out pdf files but if there is information that needs to be filled in, I just type in directly on the pdf form and save it and then email it back.

That was the one that I found that works internationally, but they are "out of fax numbers in that area" - no matter which area I choose - it's really strange!

essie, I think it was you that I saw posted on an old thread about this same inquiry, with an Israeli site - myfax.co.il.
Do you know if I can use that in America, using an Israeli number?
It wasn't so clear.

Did you ever try this? Does it work to send faxes from Myfax.co.il if you are in USA? We also need to send faxes from USA to Israel. Thank you!!

That is what I ended up using. It gave me an Israeli fax number which I use from USA.

I think it was 150 shekel for the year, so whatever that translates to dollars at that given moment!

That sounds cheap compared to using the American version of Myfax for 12 dollars per month and then having to pay 3 dollars per page!!!

I don't use it much, but it was very convenient, and it had a base amount of pages per month I think, so you aren't paying per page. So if you use it regularly it should be very worth it!
