I’m looking for a car seat for my petite 18 month old.
I want it to be as slim as possible so my children can pass it in the van
Rear facing, does not need to be convertible
Best quality for a decent price, under $100 feasible?

The Diono Radian car seats are extremely narrow and sleek. But they are definitely more than $100.
