Savory or sweet, sesame chicken style, or anything else yummy to pour over breaded cutlets bits. But all the recipes have soy sauce....

I was off all soy products for health reasons. Liquid coconut aminos are a delicious and healthy replacement

If you like spicy equal parts honey & hot sauce make a great sauce for chicken. Not my idea from between carpools hot popper recipe.

This is the recipe I use every week and its a winner:

1 cup Brown sugar
3/4 cup ketchup
3 T honey
1/4 cup hot suace (like Franks)

Mix in a bowl. Pour over fried chicken cutlets, and warm.
(I will often make a large batch and keep in fridge for two or three weeks.)
I think I got it from kosher.com hot popper sauce.

1/4 c ketchup
1/4 c vinegar
1/4 c oil
1/4 c water
1/4 c Brown sugar
1 tbsp mustard
My kids favorite.

Saute onions on very low flame till really soft. Add salt, black pepper, lots of paprika and garlic powder, and a tbsp or 2 corn starch dissolved in a cup water. Cook until thickened and add nuggets.

These recipes all look good but can always use coconut aminos with onion or garlic powder in recipes that call for soy sauce
