Hold the front part of the hair up. Now you can access the baby hairs underneath. With a comb gently tease them out. Release the hair and use your fingers to smush the baby hairs around and plump them up. Then try to pump the entire front up.
This works for me, but hope you can understand my instructions… also my wig is a lace front and was designed to have volume in the front.
