Due to high costs I want to apply for free internet but cant find a carrier that provides internet through the ACP program...

I’m waiting to get approved to a government program. Once I do, I’ll be eligible for ACP and I plan to use it to get $30 off my internet bill from optimum. I don’t think it will be free, optimum always adds fees, but the discount will be appreciated.

optimum but here is the catch.
they apply it to you after one or two billing cycles. so until then you pay in full
unfortunately last night I got an email from them that the govt may or may not decide to end funding ACP... (hope if it happens that at least joe biden get less votes)

Also because my legal name (last name) and the name I originally used on my optimum account were different and they were being impossible.
