If you and a choice, would you rather get a watch with diamonds (that would only be worn Shabbos yt and formal occasions) or a non diamond watch that can be worn dressy and every day, along with a piece of jewelry?

In general I have a hard time figuring out what I would get the most use out of and the most enjoyment.

I already have an everyday watch that I love. (That can also be work dressy) but dh wants to buy me a watch.
