Marinate in lousy wine (think something you got for MM that no one would consider drinking)
A little grease
Salt
Chopped onion/garlic/fresh jalapeño
Best if marinated overnight
Then grill

Thanks! Is it better if the cutlets are very thin or do they dry out quickly?

It’s kind of hard to say I prefer a little more dry
But watch closely and either can be moist

The name says it all. Recipe is for an outdoor grill but I have done it on my indoor grill successfully.

The leftovers are so delicious and succulent that I try to make more deliberately.

I marinate the night before so that the flesh becomes really delicious

Unbelievable Chicken

Ingredients

¼ cup cider vinegar
3 tablespoons prepared coarse-ground mustard
3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 lime, juiced
½ lemon, juiced
½ cup brown sugar
1 ½ teaspoons salt
ground black pepper to taste
6 tablespoons olive oil
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Directions

In a large glass bowl, mix the cider vinegar, mustard, garlic, lime juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk in the olive oil. Place chicken in the mixture. Cover, and marinate 8 hours, or overnight.

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.

Lightly oil the grill grate. Place chicken on the prepared grill, and cook 6 to 8 minutes per side, until juices run clear. Discard marinade.

I do equal parts lemon juice, soy sauce and honey. Then season with some salt, pepper, garlic powder.
So good!

I’m sure that’s also delicious. It’s so flavorful.

We like to make it on our outdoor grill.

Put Mayonnaise and spices in a bag and mix with your hands add chicken strips and let sit in there for as long as you have. When ready to grill dont shake off mayo. Grill in dry hot pan. So good!!!
