I have a full jar of pickles, and the juice spilled out of it. Will the pickles stay fresh without the brine?
Should I make a new brine and fill the jar, or could I just leave it as is?

make new brine. the pickles will stay ok for a little while but eventually will go bad if they're not immersed in brine.

2-3 tablespoons of kosher salt to a quart of water ought to do it, but you can add a few tablespoons vinegar if you like your pickles more on the sour side. You'd use more of both if you were making pickles from scratch, but your cukes are already pickled.
