Good cinammon buns don't equal easy.
It needs a good yeast dough that you let rise, and a good filling.
But just know that any shortcut recipes or hacks will not be the same.
https://www.kosher.com/recipe/.....-4442 This is my go to.
The brown sugar in the filling makes it extra special.
https://www.kosher.com/recipe/.....-8121 And this one is if I really wanna patchke and do dairy but they are also insanely good. I've done them as individuals and as pull aparts, delicious either way!!!
ETA: also, you need to be generous with the oil when doing the filing, that contributes to the gooeyness

I make these occasionally https://sallysbakingaddiction......tch/. So easy and insanely yummy, I just don't like making them often because dh and I finish them in a day šŸ™ƒ. It's a small recipe, yields 12 rolls.

I sub pareve milk (or water or oj) for the milk, and canola oil instead of butter since I want to keep it pareve. It's probably even better milchig. I also never bothered with the glaze.

Super easy but tastes best fresh or at least reheated next day.

Rhodes rolls dough, defrosted
Oil
Cinnamon
White cane sugar

Glaze-
Confectioners sugar, almond milk or water, vanilla

Prepare as you would regular cinnamon buns. Roll ā€œsnakesā€ of dough, dip in oil and then cinnamon and sugar mix. Roll up tightly and place in pan.

After cooking thoroughly, let cool and then glaze.

Best Cinnamon buns ever!!

Roll out dough super thin, drizzle with oil, sprinkle brown sugar.
Then in a bowl mix together Confectioners sugar (about a Cup), half bag of instant vanilla pudding, sprinkle of baking powder and a nice sprinkle of cinnamon.
Spread it over the dough.
Roll it and slice it about 1 inch thick.
Let it rise and don't overbake it.

Glaze:
Equal parts brown sugar and confectioners sugar, oil a little vanilla extract and hot water.

Good luck! It's so good every time!!

The Pioneer Woman's recipe reigns supreme. I don't like her icing, so I skip it. I don't think it needs icing anyway.
