One-on-one time ideas for short friday

I have 5 yo twins, big and girl. Every morning my son goes to school half an hour earlier than my daughter and comes home a half hour later, too.

It’s always very hard for me to find time to give him some one-on-one time, because his sister is always around.

Since the clock was changed my son comes home on Friday about 45 minutes before my daughter. I want to use the opportunity to give him this time weekly to do something special. The problem is that it’s Friday, and I really don’t want to be messing up the house with crafts or filing up my sink with more dishes.

I need some ideas of clean, fun activities I can do together with him.

One-on-one should be child led, and doesn't have to be anything fancy.

What does he want to do with you?

Can he help you make something for shabbos? I have easy cake or dip recipes that you can make in a disposable pan.

Can he help you do something special for Shabbos? Can you chill and braid the challah together or bake a parsha treat?

To me, it is less about the activity and more about the undivided attention.

My son that age loves to help me cook for shabbos.
