Someone willing to prep for me according to my specifications
1x a week bulk
I’ll be there for 2-3 weeks
Needs to be done to my exact specifications
Could even be a grocery store that does this
Basically I need 2 lbs weighed on the scale of each small diced
Cucumber
Green peppers
Red peppers
Yellow peppers
Orange peppers
Red onion
Packaged in seperate containers with paper towel on the bottom to absorb moisture
Plus
1 lb blanched string beans with absolutely nothing on them
2 lbs roasted mushrooms from fresh (not canned) with nothing on them NO OIL, weighed after cooked
2 lbs roasted Japanese eggplant with nothing on them NO OIL, weighed after cooked
It would all have to be done in their kitchen
So someone with hashgacha
