You can I’ve done it but only if you know she’ll finish the bottle. So she gets the full dosage. I put Motrin and Tylenol in also

I usually put less milk so I know she’ll drink it all

Not recommended. Squirt it in the side/back of her mouth and then blow hard in her face. It causes a swallowing reflex.

In my experience if you squirt it into the side rather than straight in, you don’t even need to blow.

I did that once, she only drank half the bottle and then I didn't know how much medicine she'd taken as it was mixed with the drink.
As others have said, if you squirt it into the side of the mouth, then it usually gets swallowed better.
You could also try yoghurt or apple sauce to mix it into.

Try 1oz of pure grape juice
I heard it will mask the taste
