Im looking for a double stroller that is lightweight for the car.

It must have an adaptor for at least one car seat. Bonus if it can fit 2 infant car seats.

Also a bonus if it has a bassinet.

Please send recommendations!! Thanks in Advance!

I don’t think that exists. The best lightweight double is the Zoe but it’s lightweight because it doesn’t fit car seats. You sort of need to choose.

I think the city tour stroller might take a car seat, but I'm not sure. Remember that most of these lightweight strollers are narrow and not wide enough to fit 2 car seats side by side. Think of the mountain buggy duet (not lightweight unfortunately), it fits 2 car seats but one is higher than the other because it's that narrow.
The city tour does have bassinets and it can even take 2 bassinets, although the seats do light flat so they could be used without one.
You could also consider the city mini double which is slightly bigger and heavier than the city tour, but I think it might take 2 car seats and/or bassinets.
