In my daughter's playgroup there is a woman who owns and runs the playgroup, but is also very involved in the day to day running of the group (runs some activities with the children, teaches them Parsha etc). Additionally, each group of children (there are 4 groups) has their own Morah.
I plan to give a thank you note (card in an envelope) to both the woman in charge and my daughter's group's Morah, and definitely to give Chanukah gelt to the group Morah. However, I am not sure whether I need to give Chanukah gelt to the owner. (This is not the same situation- but in the summer I give tips to the counselors but not the camp owner...)
