Does anyone save formula in a bottle thag a baby drank from? Lately he has not been finishing bottles and I’m waisting a lot of formula wondering if I can put it in the fridge and give it to him next time. I know doctors say to throw it out but anyone do it?

If you put it in the fridge, baby can have it at the next feeding. This is as per a pediatrician I worked with during my clinical rotations.

Bacteria grows very quickly from their saliva that goes into the bottle. I would prepare less in each bottle and add more at the times he seems hungry. It's really not recommended to save it.
