Is there any way to avoid it? A way to wash? A brand that doesn’t pill?
I spend so much money on tights for my girls and they get so pilly so quickly 
(It’s not only from washing- I find they start to pill when they are wearing them all day too)

Wash in cold water and hang to dry.
Never had an issue with memoi (cotton).

Are you referring to the cotton tights? Those don’t pill if you hang to dry.
I found that the nylon ones do pill even from just wearing . Specifically talking about Memoi

been there done that. memoi pills. zubii doesnt pill and neither does florence- but you have to size up with that company because they run small.

You can use a clothes shaver to fix it. You don’t need to throw out the tights.

thank you Aqua1, I was going to post this myself! The first day my kids wear tights they are already pilled and a shaver doesn't remove the pills. I think it's definitely the brand and not necessarily the washing/drying approach in this case. If you find a brand that works please post?
