What is the best swimming tube to buy for my two year old?

Puddle jumper. Tubes are not safe. When child leans over it can flip and child will get stuck under.
Puddler jumpers aren’t perfect but much much better.
Still have to watch the whole time

Thanks! I didn’t really mean tube, just wasn’t sure what to call it.

Also be aware that puddle jumpers don’t fit skinny/small 2 year olds well. Im not sure if there are other ones that are better for small kids
