Other could be: Austria, Germany, Russia, Poland, Scandinavia, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, smaller communities in England, Holland, Italy...lots of places not included on your list, some of them with sizable Jewish populations.

I was once with my Mancunian husband in Manchester taking a bus… they communicated in vowels and I couldn’t understand a word
