Hoping I can get some clarity on what I'm looking for. I have a service business, and I moved recently so I'm basically starting from scratch. I have work to show and references but I'm not known. So I'm experienced but new and it's rough. I'm an introvert and I'm struggling to put myself out there. I was thinking maybe I need to hire someone to get my name out and kind of sell me. But I'm not even sure what type of ad to place for the position because what am I looking for? Also would I pay someone like that hourly, commission per job that she finalizes, some other way? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How about an Instagram influencer , who promotes your service. You give her the service free of charge and pay her what she charges .
