This is worrisome. He should have a good body temp. Take his temperature before feeding and make sure he is warm.

No the episode happened four hours after he was born.

OP, I apologize if you already answered this, and I did try to look at all 9 pages of posts to see if you discussed it, but would you be willing to share more about your baby (preemie? IUGR? full term? blood sugar?) and why they were sent to NICU? It's not clear to me and I think some other posters what the context is.
