Can anyone please recommend one? I looked online but none of them seem to be BBB certified (does that even mean anything?) And they don't seem to have many reviews that I can see. I would really appreciate any recommendations (in Brooklyn or any company that would serve Brooklyn). Tia!

Some mattresses come with a guarantee and they will clean it for you

Try a carpet cleaning service that you trust and ask them if they clean mattresses. I wonder if they might.
Otherwise find the label on your mattress, and call the brand to see who/what they recommend.
