A lactation consultant told me my baby has mild tongue tie and it doesn't require snipping. Baby is 9 weeks old. Baby was born 7.2 and at 6 weeks weighed 1 oz shy of 10 lbs. I'm still thinking of maybe I should have it snipped. Who in Brooklyn does it?

Im a myofunctional SLP.
It doesnt always need tobe "snipped" (its usually lasered off).
I would first go to a myofunctional SLP for an initial eval in addition to chiro care

Who does it?
was recommended s1 by pediatrician but only got appointment in 3 weeks from now. Would love to do it ASAP.

Dr Scott Siegel is the best in the business. So professional and caring. I would definitely recommend him. He has an office in the city and LI. Saying this as an SLP and used him for my own son's lip and tongue ties

I second this as an SLP. I would and only do recommend Dr. Siegel. I just took my baby to him.
