I'm out of shape and also pregnant. This worries me but I am wary to take on any exercise beyond walking without professional guidance because I'm really really out of shape. Looking for recommendation of a trainer who is specifically qualified for pregnancy and can deal with coming from zero fitness.

Just ask for numbers of a personal trainer in ur neighborhood chats and you can reach out to them and ask them if they work with pregnant women. Most do.
