We are Israeli citizens temporarily living in the UK. DD17 received her צו ראשון (twice now) but obviously wasn't able to attend. I emailed the address on the letter months ago and received an automatic "thank you for your inquiry, we will be in touch" and then nothing. I can't call the number on the letter from outside Israel (it's a * number) and I can't find an alternative number. I tried calling the embassy in London several times but they never answer. DD will be returning to Israel in a few months.

1) can we just leave it and she will deal with it when in Israel? Or will they give her hassle (arrest her?) at passport control coming in? She'll be travelling on her own, I don't want her to have to deal with anything like that.

2) if she needs to deal with it now, is there a way to do it without going to the embassy? We're not in London, and it's a few hours drive each way. I've got enough on that I'd rather not have to do that if I can avoid it.

If it makes a difference, she's planning to get a פטור as a דתיה and then probably volunteer for שירות in another year when she's finished school.

Isn't there a way to access the site? With a code on her tzav rishon?
Everything is done on the site these days.

As far as I can see she needs תאריך הנפקת תז to sign in to אתר מתגייסים but she doesn't have it here (or a password, but she doesn't have one).

The password should be written on her original tzav rishon. In the middle of the page, where the mitgaisim site address is provided. Right above it should be written סיסמה אישית

Have you tried 1222 instead of *? works sometimes.
