I'm being in Haifa tomorrow and need a place to eat lunch.
Are there any dairy or parve cafes or pizza stores that have a good Hechsher?
Like Badatz Eida Havhareidis or Rubin or Egud Harabanim or Sheirus Yisroel or Landau?
It can be up to half an hour away from Haifa.

Try Kiryat Ata. Most mehadrin restaurants there are mmachpud, but there is a chicken restaurant in the mall that only uses רובן chicken.

Phalaphel na nach on HaGalil St 100, Haifa
& Tu pizza Moshe Got Levin St 48, Haifa,
both are excellent & have the hechsher of Harav Bamberger the rav of Haifa (ensure the hechsher thing with tu pizza)
there are many bakeries & pizza stores in Hadar neigbourhood too
