What is the starting salary for an OT in Lakewood?

I'm not an ot, another type of therapist. Rehabs pay less per hour but often have benefits like health insurance and vacation time that add a lot. Whereas other jobs pay per session if the child is seen.
It also depends what hours you can work, rehab often demands at least 30 or so hours to be considered full time and eligible for benefits. If you are looking for something that will work more easily around a school schedule then rehab will have a lot of conflict.
If you are a new grad taking your first job, I strongly recommend finding a work environment where you are not on your own and there are other therapists to learn from and bounce ideas off of. Even to learn how to navigate tricky situations with clients and families
