I recently started having dairy again after going off of it because of nursing so I'm having tons of ice cream etc. that I was craving for a while... I also did a hug grocery shopping last night so the house is filled with yummy stuff.
I ate way too much junk today...in the morning: A yolo, cheerios& milk, ice cream cone
I skipped lunch and had a early supper of fish and baked potatoes
Another ice cream cone, rice cake with chocolate/cheese spread, wafers, Apropos( corn chips), a bit of crackers,
It's 9:15 pm now and I'll probably have some more to eat soon LOL

Breakfast:
Coffee with red milk

Lunch:
Oat milk latte
Half of a spelt bagel with butter
Half of a spelt carrot muffin

Snack:
About 5 grapes and one strawberry

Dinner:
Salad with schnitzel in it

1 homemade oatmeal cookie
about 10 almonds

washed l'kavod rosh chodesh on a slice of spelt sourdough bread
plate of fresh vegetables
1 hardboiled egg
some chickpeas

Israeli salad

vegetable split pea soup (2 portions, it was sooooo good!)
2 salmon patties
green lemon salad
1 more oatmeal cookie


Let's hope that's it for today. I don't have more jalapeno chips, ate them all up yesterday, so hopefully I won't binge on something else.

Today was horrible:
2 bagels and tuna for brunch
3 fresh chocolate chip cookies
1 cup of chocolate milk
2 small bags of bqq chips
Salmon and broccoli for dinner
One more chocolate chip cookie
Now sitting on the couch eating takis from trader joes 🥺🥺🥺

What brand makes jalapeno chips? gotta send my husband to but them craving spicy right now so bad.

Is this a thread only for people on a diet? because I'm not. Anyway here's what I ate

Breakfast:
Egg fried rice with kimchi

Lunch I ate out:
Small Hot n sour soup
Small beef n broccoli
White rice

Supper:
Stuffed cabbage
Fried Potato and mushroom
2 tangerines

Bingo mini Danish
16 oz hazelnut coffee with Splenda
1/2 scooped out bagel with 1/4 c mozzarella
3 mini chocolate bars 🤦‍♀️
2 servings goulash
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pistachios
Diet coke

Tomorrow will be a better day.

Today I had an apple in the morning then I ate a wrap with three slices of pepper jack cheese and lots of ketchup and olives then I ate a small slice of strawberry short cake for R"Ch then (because I didn't like the cake) I has 2 bars of chocolate.
Then I ate a plate of chulent for supper and those oatmeal cookies which were posted above. (I used white flour sadly)
Oh and 3 gummy bears and some blueberries and a whole thing of the organic girl leaves (don't judge)
