Breakfast: 2 bowls of coco pebbles and milk
Lunch: Salad and a granola bar
Snack: A piece of potato kugel (someone brought to work) and a stern bar
Dinner: Tuna melt in a croissant

Banana, coffee with sugar, sesame roll with cheese, hummus and black bean chips, half a yobar and coffee, tangerines, chicken, potatoes, noodle soup, banana, tangerine, pear, fruit leather, oy Hashem can someone pls help me eat normally?? Been like this all my life... OK I am pregnant but it's not a good excuse.

Wow I ate so much today...
Apple, wrap with farmer cheese, pepper jack cheese, olives, sprouts, tonz of ketchup

a whole pack of organic girl leaves (don't judge!)
A milchig strawberry short cake with strawberry tea

Vegetable soup a big heaping plate of it
Meatballs and spaghetti
3 oatmeal cookies (thanks for that recipe)
One gummy bear

I too am one of those people and seeing that people are eating three meals is encouraging me to do the same

I ate horribly today. Didn't sleep well and was stressed

Breakfast - Coffe & pita pizza
snack -pita Pizza & Coffee
Lunch -Pita pizza

Snack - ice coffee my daughter surprised me with not knowing I had my 2nd coffee already.
Snack - carrot
Dinner - scrambled eggs, bowl of veggie soup, a drop of mac and cheese.

didn't really nash or snack today as we didn't have much

I usually have more fruit or snack but the sesame chicken and couscous is so calorie laden so I am skipping snack. I also usually have another slice of bread but not today.

I usually cook with spices and healthy ingredients but I am changing it up for today.

No, I am not terribly skinny. I need to lose 9 pounds to get to my ideal weight.

I am usually hungry right before lunch and supper.

I am newly pregnant so I need to lose the excess fat before starting to gain again.

I agree there’s no good purpose to posting all the junk food and unhealthy food
It only makes people hungry for junk and makes dieting people start craving

fruit smoothie (about 8 oz of banana, strawberries, blueberries, oat milk, and water)
1 oatmeal cookie
about 6-8 almonds

protein crackers dipped into chummus

fruit juice drink that I thought was freshly squeezed juice, but after drinking up 3/4 of a 12 oz bottle I read the ingredients: It was a mix of ready-made fruit juices, so I stopped drinking it but it was way too much sugar for me.

handful of cashews

1 slice gluten-free bread
2 scrambled eggs
huge portion vegetable salad
1 oatmeal cookie


I know I'm probably not done for the day, but I hope to stick to nuts/fruit

2 rugelech (spelt)
small piece klik chocolate

2 slices spelt all dressed pizza
10 cups water

How do you all eat so many carbs?? I wish I could but if I eat an extra carb a day (even a healthy or healthier one like chickpeas or popcorn or carby veg) I gain! And I’m technically not overweight but trying to lose 10 pounds and I’m losing slowly with a dietician.

Today I had
Breakfast: Coffee, Greek yogurt with a sprinkle of low carb granola
Snack post workout : Banana with peanut butter
Lunch: Salad with shredded cheese and sunflower seeds
Snack: Another coffee with low carb muffin
Supper: Grilled chicken with a little rice, vegetable soup and cut up veggies
And tons of water (like 12 cups)
I’ll probably eat an apple or some nuts soon and that’s it, I stop eating by 8.
