I think I need more info to take a stab at this. For starters:
- Younger teens or graduating-from-high-school-in-6-months teens?
- Hashkafa?
- How's their Hebrew?

ages 11-19
Yeshivish with exposure to MO Lifestyle
Hebrew is basic. Although some understand conversational Hebrew and know enough words to get by.

We made aliyah with kids around that age to Ramat Beit Shemesh. It's a good soft-ish landing place. At those ages, it's never "easy" but RBS made it "easier". Hatzlacha
