I don't know what sort of gifts you are looking for, but the whole Ben Yehudah area isn't very large. I'm sure you can navigate the area easily and find whatever tchotchkes you are looking for.

Part of the experience is going from one shop to another and exploring. It only takes a few minutes to walk down the entire street.
