I don't know what sort of gifts you are looking for, but the whole Ben Yehudah area isn't very large. I'm sure you can navigate the area easily and find whatever tchotchkes you are looking for.

Part of the experience is going from one shop to another and exploring. It only takes a few minutes to walk down the entire street.

Off-topic, but if you're on Ben-Yehuda and you see a shop near the bottom called "Shkalim", their clothes are worth a look....and the owner is the nicest, non-pushy and helpful shopkeeper imaginable. I actually didn't find anything but it was such a comfortable experience and his stuff is great and reasonably priced 😀

I went to Shai in Geula. There’s also a shop in the Old City right past where the Churva is with knicknacks, necklaces, magnets, and other things of that nature.

I second this. Ben Yehuda is fun and not very long.
