Can the Kyocera DuraXV Extreme be unlocked from Verizon?
Also, is there anyway to sync my text messages with a cell phone/tablet? If I stick with Verizon(Not whatsapp, regular texts)

What's the best /cheapest cell phone and service to be used by a teen. Can you explain why you like it? I'm assuming she'll burn through a lot of minutes.
For my older teen I got confused and just went and use Tracfone. She has lg classic which are not well priced anymore.
