Going shopping soon so I want to buy the items
1. Shnitzel - I bought the thin cut ones.
3 adults, 2 kids with hearty appetites, 1 toddler
I’ll be having French fries,Onion rings, a big salad as well
How many pcs do I calculate? Is 2 pcs per person enough. They are normal sizes

2. Can I coat them in the morning and bake them in the afternoon. How long to bake?

3. Any secrets for it to come out super delicious

4. Tacos - I made the ground beef already, it’s in the freezer-
Do kids like taco shells or tortillas chips
5/6 yr olds with good appetites
I want to set it up like a DIY taco bar
What else do I need that’s kid friendly
Please be specific since I don’t usually eat like this. What sides

Grand kids are coming and I’ve been an empty nester for so long that I forgot what kids like

1. 3 per adult 2 per kid is a generous amount.
2. Yes. BetweenCarPools has a great baked schnitzel recipe you can also freeze after breading & bake fresh.
3. Spray generously with avocado oil.
4. Taco shells or chips really depends on each person.
Avocado
Lettuce
Radish
Pickled onions
Ranch dip made with mayo water & manishevetz ranch mix.
Salsa
