What are the pros and cons of US Treasury Bonds vs Bank CDs for large sums, for a period of about 1 year?
Bank CDs are paying about 4% for 1 year now.
I know one advantage of the US Treasury Bonds get taxed less.
Are there better and worse US Treasury Bonds?

The I Bonds I bought had a 9% interest rate and 6% interest
