We buy challa very often from Gross Bakery. Every time we go, the challas have a different price for the same size. It's only non-Jewish workers who are at the cashiers. Can the workers be pocketing the difference? I don't know who the owner is there's never anyone Jewish there, but if you're related to them, let them know and if you find out how much the small, medium, and large challas are really supposed to be, post below.

Pay by credit card. There's no way for them to pocket the money.

Call. Go again.
For kashrut purposes they need to be there sometimes. If they’re never there it may be a problem.
