How do I make a return to them? Online it says that they only accept returns to be sent back by mail or dropped off to them in Lakewood. They won't accept returns in their store. However, they didn't provide me with a return label. On the invoice it just lists their address for the returns. That means I need to make my own ups label? How do I do that? I don't have an account by UPS

Where you located?
You can go to any mailing store and they create the label and ship it out for you.

Usps click n ship. You put in all the info and pay about 8 dollars, it generates a prepaid label that you can print at home
