I'm thinking to start selling homemade challa, informally.
How much would you charge per large challa? (A 5 lb bag of flour makes 6 large Challos)

I'd vote between $8 and $11 depending where you live and what the bakeries are selling for.

I would say a bit more than what the bakery is selling for. Also know your community. Are you in a rich neighborhood where people would pay to have heimish over bakery. Like do they spend on sourdough and other luxeries....
Just throwing in another idea. Some people like to buy ready dough and then braid and bake the challah in their home. Someone told me that she buys ready challah dough from our bakery and does the challahs herself
