Ppl in my community only renovate when updating is necessary. The constant, almost every year updates are made by ppl based on their income and style.
Most of my friends who cannot afford major renos don’t do them.
Quite a few are doing the work on their own.
As for myself, I’m planning a major renovation project after 20 plus years in my home. BH!
Now I need to figure out the $$$$.
