After antibiotics do I need to give another round of antibiotics?
After finishing the course my dc is complaining of throat pain on and off for a few weeks. It goes away and comes back.
Can I wait it out? Should I give more antibiotics? Will it come back full force?

Just finished my kids antibiotics and he has it again! They put him on different antibiotics now, I went to take culture now even though he's still in middle of taking it to make sure I'm on the right course.
Also test other family members. Perhaps he is catching it from another child or parent that doesn't know that they have strep.
