They’re selling them but as mentioned they really aren’t “in” anymore. If you look at the people who are on trend around you, they probably aren’t wearing florals anymore.

It’s new though. They weren’t selling those pieces last year.

I personally love floral always have and always will so I’ll keep wearing it. I also am not trendy- so I’m not the best person to talk about these things Smile
But I thought if it’s new this season, it’s somewhat in style.

I think solid pastel satins are impractical bec they show every bit of water etc every stain…

Frum brands apparently didn’t get the memo! Lots of florals this season.

Also keep in mind.. just because the stores are selling something it’s not necessarily in
Many stores do a few pieces in last years styles for the people who like that style..
there are always going to be customers looking for something specific even if it’s not “in” that year so the retailers have keep their avenues open

Petite Clair has their signature spring pieces in floral

Is this more for those who are ahead of the fashion game? The ones who set the trend more than the average woman.
Exactly. Op said she wanted to get ahead because she’s always behind. I’m personally happier being behind than ahead because that’s what most of my crowd is wearing.

Junees this season has tons of floral. It's not out. Might not be the latest trend but you will definitely fit in if you wear it. Especially for kids.

This. And in my opinion it is more important to wear what suits you than what is in style.

Thanks, Oak! Can you share some links of up and coming styles?
Not necessarily purchase links, just images, for the more visual learners among us. Smile

Thanks 😊
I don’t think floral is a no go I think it looks nice but if your looking for the newest thing it’s not floral
I also would say that junees isn’t the place to go for the newest thing they tend to stick to a similar style for at least 3 years and then move on…

For the person who asked about how do designers choose the new styles- It’s a combination of looking at what the world is doing, and demand from the frum world
We see what’s needed my frum women and kind of get a feel of what people like and then also look into the current collections of not Jewish designers to give people tznius options of current fashion. Designers I personally look at are Michael Kors, Ganni, Victoria Beckham, Dior.. things like that
