I bought my dd a blue dress (almost a navy) and she has black shabbos shoes. What color tights do I put on her? Do I match the dress or the shoes?

Off white thights would be cute if she is a little girl, or maybe a soft tone of gray?

How old is she?
under 9-10 I would put blue older than that black though depends on shade of blue...
Alot of people would just match to shoes to stay safe.

Black shoes, black tights

You can do cream cable tights with red or brown shoes

Otherwise, stick to black.
